Featured Speakers

Donald Miller   Don_MIller.jpg

Donald Miller is the author of multiple New York Times Bestsellers including Blue Like Jazz and A Million Miles in a Thousand Years. He has served on the Presidential Task Force on Fatherhood and Healthy Families and is a sought after speaker regarding narrative structure as it relates to a persons life and their projects. Don recently launched the Storyline Conference that helps people structure their lives using a cohesive narrative. He is the founder of The Mentoring Project and blogs almost daily at www.donmilleris.com.

Brandon McCormick  B_Headshot.jpg

Brandon McCormick is the founder of Whitestone Motion Pictures and the Producer/Director for all of Whitestone’s films. Brandon has made a number of award winning short films that have created a body of work that is unique and inspiring. Most of his films are in the fairytale and the genre of the fantastic while drawing on the myths and stories that have been repeated through history.

Brandon began making films at age fifteen at 12Stone Church, which was dedicated to employing the arts to communicate its message. He instantly knew he had discovered his life’s calling. Because he started as a kid with a video camera, he has done every job in film: production, pre-, and post-. After more than a decade of experience, his vision and style as a filmmaker are distinct.  He credits whatever success he currently experiences to the team he has built.

Brandon lives in Buford, Georgia with his beautiful wife Kimberly and 2 year old daughter Storie. Brandon credits the beauty of his family, his friends and the Appalachian mountains as his muse to create art and film.
